RG COVID-19 Action Plan

In cooperation with Mayor Cooper’s Safer at Home Order, Governor Lee’s Executive Order 22, Order 3 from the Chief Medical Director and pursuant to the Declaration of Public Health Emergency adopted by the Board of Health for Nashville and Davidson County, all non-essential Aesthetic Service appointments with Dr. RG, Betsy, and Natalie are cancelled until Thursday, April 30th, to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to update you on what we are doing to care for both our employees and patients.

Our office will remain open 9AM-5PM M-F for the following:

  1. Follow-ups for urgent, post-surgical appointments
  2. Migraine Botox Injections
  3. Emergency Facial Laceration Repairs
  4. Virtual Surgical/Non-Surgical/Skincare consultations for new and established patients

We are available for curbside pick-up for any of your home skincare products Monday through Friday. We are available during regular business hours by phone.

We will continue seeing patients for urgent, post-surgical appointments. If you are scheduled for surgery with Dr. RG, we are reaching out to you individually to discuss and answer any questions regarding scheduling, arrangements, instructions and wound care.

If you are scheduled during this time, please contact us by phone or email at your earliest convenience to reschedule your appointment. We will respond as soon as possible in the order that messages are received.

If there is any concern or question about whether a patient, visitor or employee has been exposed to COVID-19 or could be a carrier of the virus, we politely ask you to please take care of yourself and stay home.

As a reminder, we are limiting visitors to one of the following:

  1. A driver of patient with a scheduled procedure
  2. A driver of a pre-op patient
  3. A driver of a post-op patient on pain medication
  4. A parent of a minor patient*

All employees have their temperature checked prior to arriving at work each day. If any member of our staff needs to come within 6 feet of a patient, we will wear a mask and gloves to help prevent the spread of germs.

We are wiping down all door handles, light switches, chairs, beds, tables and common areas more vigilantly than ever before. We encourage everyone to wash their hands, use hand sanitizer and follow recommended practices to protect their health and well-being of their families and our community. We will, as always, do our best to provide a clean atmosphere and beautiful experience.

While we are taking added precautions, we will be following the latest information from the CDC, World Health Organization and the Metro Health Department while doing our part to stop the spread of this virus.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. Your support and loyalty mean so much as we navigate this together. We are actively monitoring the situation and will communicate any further changes to our plans.

You are on our minds and we send the best wishes to you and your loved ones to stay safe.
